Why am I so drawn to these scenes and images of water? Sometimes looking closely at what nature has to offer, can provide answers to questions we’re grappling with. ‘Listening to the light’ comes from a place of seeking meaning and mentally hearing those messages triggered by visual cues around us.
Much of my work is driven by a sense of dark times leading to growth, abundance, something brighter. In these particular sunset reflections, I hear that very simple but profound message, ‘without darkness, there can be no light’.
